By creating an account or using Crew ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and this EULA. You must be 18 or older. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Crew helps people discover nightlife/events, buy tickets, and form "crews" to attend together. Tickets are sold for real-world events and processed by Stripe.
The App lets users post profiles, photos, comments, and crew content. You are responsible for what you post. The following are strictly prohibited and result in content removal and account termination: harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, sexual or pornographic content, content sexualizing minors, illegal activity, impersonation, and sharing others' private information.
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. We reserve the right to remove content and ban accounts at our discretion.
Ticket purchases are final per the event organizer's policy. Crew facilitates payment via Stripe and is not the event organizer unless stated.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms.
The App is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crew is not liable for events, other users' conduct, or indirect damages.
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
